• Complete a comprehensive computer analysis of your home’s current market value.
• Arrange for a “pre sale” home inspection to avoid surprises once there is an accepted offer on the home.
• Assist you in correcting repairs or defects, if an inspection is completed prior to the sale
• Work directly with the Home Stager to ensure we sell your home for top dollar.
• List your home, per your request, keeping you involved and informed every step of the way.
